The Wretched Broker in his trading post.
The Wretched Broker is an NPC in The Crossroads located west of the Cauldron, who offers repeatable trades for a number of collectable resources from Melinoë. The broker also offers a limited deal following each run. Each limited deal may only be traded once, with new ones appearing every run, and allows trading Bones in addition to other rewards.
Unlike the first game, the Wretched Broker isn't available until Melinoë casts the Summoning of Mercantile Fortune incantation. It can then be upgraded with additional tabs with the Deathly Fortune, Kinship Fortune, and Earthly Fortune incantations.

This section of the shop allows you to sell any fish you've caught in exchange for Bones.
To unlock the Bone Exchange, you must first complete the Deathly Fortune incantation, which requires 1

In this section of the shop, you can recycle nearly every known collectible for 
Kudos, a resource used by Dora to build decorations for various parts of The Crossroads, and by the Music Maker to unlock songs for playback.
Collectibles can become available for recycling even before all other in-game uses for them have been fulfilled (e.g., through incantations, Arcana Card upgrades, unlocking Weapon Aspects, etc.). Players can choose to spend resources accordingly. This market ensures that surplus resources remain valuable throughout your playthrough.
