Related to a low Magick build: Boons that Prime a quantity of your max Magick do not need you to actually have that much capacity of Magick to function. The benefit from the Boon will always work no matter what; the reduction of max Magick is simply a side effect and you can Prime as much above your Magick capacity as you please. Primed flat-damage-on-strike effects like Static Shock from Zeus, Secret Crush from Aphrodite and various others work exceptionally well on the rapidly striking Sister Blades.

Press Special to throw a knife that returns to you.
25x2
The knife pierces through enemies.
As it returns, the blade can hit behind a target, potentially triggering a Backstab if applicable.
The returning knife does not trigger on-hit effects if the initial hit has already activated them (e.g., Poseidon's Splash, Zeus'Static Shock), though they can still apply status curses.
Special is a notable exception: it consumes only 1 charge total, even though its returning knife also benefits from Riposte.
Apollo'sExtra Dose and Exceptional Talent synergize well with Riposte, as their additional hits benefit from the effect but do not consume extra charges.
The Riposte ability is affected by Hermes'Success Rate, increasing the chance to +65%/+70%/+75%/+80%
Both Parry and Riposte are reset upon entering a new location:
Parry is fully recharged.
Any remaining Riposte charges are removed.
However, in the Fields of Mourning, you can pre-activate both effects by interacting with a Bloat-Shade before the encounter officially beginsāsince the interaction counts as combat but not a full encounter.
Aspect of Pan Your Specials seek foes in your Casts, and fire more shots if you Channel longer. āø Omega Special Max Shots: +1/+2/+3/+4/+5/+8
ā
The natural-grown horn can pierce as readily as a well-crafted blade.
Your Specials deal +15% damage and each hit bounces toward up to 2 more foes.
Dancing Knives causes your Special to no longer return to Melinoƫ after being thrown.
The ricocheting blades from Dancing Knives do not trigger on-hit effects if the initial hit has already activated them (e.g., Poseidon's Splash, Zeus'Static Shock, Icarus's Explosive Intent), though they can still apply status curses.
Currently Bugged: Rapid Onslaught and Final Slice can be used together if Rapid Onslaught is obtained first. However, if Final Slice is acquired first, Rapid Onslaught will be unavailable.
Melting Sickle
Your Special destroys 50% of any Armor(based on the total).
Skulking Onslaught
Your Attacks deal +150% damage striking foes from behind.
The backstab bonus damage applies only to weapon damage. It does not increase damage from on-hit effects from boons or upgrades.
Reaper Knives
Your Specials have +15Power and deal damage in a wider area.
The last strike in your Attack sequence deals +300% damage in a larger area.
Currently Bugged: Rapid Onslaught and Final Slice can be used together if Rapid Onslaught is obtained first. However, if Final Slice is acquired first, Rapid Onslaught will be unavailable.
Your Dash-Strike also fires your Special3 times at once in a fan pattern.
Trick Knives synergizes well with The Huntress as both Dash-Strike and the three Special are eligible for its effect.
When using the Aspect of Pan, the three Specials fired by Trick Knives are affected by its homing shot property and often deal backstab damage on return, as the knives tend to home in on enemies from the front.
Currently Bugged: The three Special projectiles fired during Dash-Strike by Trick Knives are currently not affected by the Aspect of Artemis' Riposte effect. They do not benefit from increased Critical chance. Only the Dash-Strike itself is affected and consumes a single Riposte charge.
Trivia[]
In Greek mythology, Limos (literally "Famine, Hunger, Starvation") is the personification of famine or hunger. In ancient Greek, Oros means "mountain" or "hillā. The word is thought to be related to the verb "órnumi" (į½ĻĪ½Ļ Ī¼Ī¹), meaning āto stir, rouse, excite, or awakenā. These name choices could reflect how a sickle is used to reap grain and that the Sister Blades were the first weapons we saw MelinoĆ« use in the reveal trailer.
The Aspect of Pan is reminiscent of the Aspect of Chiron for the Heart-Seeking Bow in the first game. Interestingly enough, both Pan and Chiron are half-human half-animal mythological creatures, a satyr and a centaur respectively.
