The Palace of Zeus, located on the Summit, is the home of Zeus and Hera. During the events of Hades II, the Palace is used as a stronghold for the Gods against Typhon and his brood.

The Palace of Zeus is the final location of the Surface route that is accessed after defeating Typhon. Here, Melinoë can have an audience with the King and Queen of Olympus and possibly another Olympian God such as Demeter. Once the audience is done, Melinoë must speak to Apollo who will offer a brief conversation and create a boon that allows her to return to the Crossroads when touching the boon.

After achieving the True Ending and completing one Surface night afterwards, the Palace will become unavailable to visit and future Surface Nights end when leaving Typhon's chamber.

Book of Shadow entry[]

It is practically a vault, so irreplaceable are its contents. Can you imagine yourself there, minding your every gesture and turn of phrase? It may be beautiful but it is complicated there, whilst simplicity is more to your liking?'
