From a conversation Hades had with Zagreus once, it can be assumed that Hades has a very low opinion of Heracles saying that he would've rather condemned the hero to Tartarus rather than Elysium and no doubt would've had Zeus not personally intervened before he could do so.
Part of this dislike towards Heracles might be due to a previous encounter between the two when Heracles broke into the Underworld to steal Cerberus as part of his twelve labors.
Hera[]
Heracles has only disdain for Hera, his voice dripping with quiet fury when he notices her blessing upon Melinoë. Hera's reputation for inflicting nightmares upon him is well-known.
