The First Titan War was the cataclysmic beginning of the feud between the Titans and their divine descendants the Olympians.
It was eventually followed by the Second Titan War.
Overview[]
The Titans, descendants of the Primordials, were known for their cruelty and oppressive dominion over existence. Their reign came to an end when their children—the Olympians—rose in rebellion, led by Zeus and his siblings.
Following their defeat, most Titans were imprisoned in Tartarus, a deep and torturous region of the Underworld. However, not all Titans were condemned. Prometheus, Selene, and Hecate sided with the Olympians during the war and were rewarded with positions of influence in the new divine order.
