Centaur Hearts are Artifacts found in both the Underworld and the Surface which increase Melinoë's current and maximum health by +30
for the current run. Lesser variants, found in the Fields of Mourning, grant +10, while the doubled variants, discovered in Tartarus's optional encounter or Charon's Shop before facing Chronos, provide +60.
Obtaining Centaur Hearts[]
Centaur Hearts can be found:
- As a room clear reward.
- Purchased from Charon's shop for 100
. - Purchased from the Shrine of Hermes for 60 .
- They are also a reward for fufilling one of Nemesis' Fair Trade.
- They serve as a reward for completing the challenges of Moon Monument and Unseen Sigil.
Life Affirmation[]
The effect of Centaur Hearts can be increased with the Aphrodite's boon Life Affirmation.
